These terms apply to the use of this website. Your rental itself is governed by the written rental agreement you sign with Accessible Home Solutions, LLC, doing business as Tame Washer & Dryer Rentals ("Tame Rentals") — if anything on this website differs from your signed agreement, your signed agreement controls.
We rent washer and dryer sets ($60/month) and single washers or dryers ($35/month), with delivery, installation, and repairs included for as long as you rent. Rentals require a six-month minimum, then continue month-to-month. We serve Columbus and Bartholomew County, Seymour, North Vernon, Greensburg, and Nashville, Indiana, and the I-65 corridor through Franklin and Greenwood to Indianapolis; Indianapolis deliveries are handled through our local install partner on the same prices and terms.
Renters must have washer hookups and an electric dryer connection in place. We rent electric dryers only and do not place stacked units. We do not run a credit check, and there is no deposit.
The first month's payment is due at delivery. After that, payment is by automatic monthly card charge through Square, with a backup card kept on file, as described in your rental agreement.
