  • Information you provide so we can deliver and service your rental: what appliance(s) you need, whether you have washer hookups and an electric dryer connection, where in your home the machines will go, and when you need them.
  • Payment information processed through Square when you pay or put a card on file. We do not store full card numbers ourselves; Square holds them.
  • Messages you send us, including through the form on this site, by phone, and by text.

How we use it

  • To provide washer and dryer rental, delivery, installation, and repair services.
  • To schedule and confirm deliveries, installations, moves, and pickups.
  • To process monthly payments and communicate with you about your account.
  • To respond to your questions and communicate with you about your rental.
  • To ask, after you have been renting with us, whether you would like to leave us a review.

Text messaging

If you call or text our number, or submit the form on this site, we may reply and communicate with you by text message about your request, delivery, and rental. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP; reply HELP for assistance. Your consent to receive texts is not a condition of renting from us.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with the service providers that help us operate (such as our payment, phone, texting, and website platform providers, and our delivery/install partner for Indianapolis-area deliveries), and when required by law.

Security and retention

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information and keep service records for as long as needed for our business and legal obligations.
